The WOGCC announced emergency pooling rule changes December 14, 2021, that were effective immediately.
Pooling Rule: The Commission approved the emergency rule for pooling at the December 2021 hearings. The emergency rule can be found here.
An updated pooling order has been finalized. It can be found here or by going to the Hearings tab above and clicking on Application and Orders Templates.
Additionally, the Commission voted to open standard rulemaking for pooling, amending Chapters 3 & 5. There will be a public comment period during the rulemaking process. Please watch the WOGCC website for updates.

The public comment period for proposed amendments to rules in Chapters 3 and 5 has begun. Those wishing to comment regarding the proposed amendments may do so in writing. Comments must be received no later than 5 p.m. MST on March 4, 2022 to be considered.
