2020 WAPL Scholarships, Officers & Events

It has been a busy summer at WAPL and we are excited for the future.

We have welcomed in Aja Clark as our new WAPL President along with a new roster of board of directors and committee members. Learn more about the new faces leading WAPL by visiting the Board of Directors page.

WAPL Scholarships

WAPL has also awarded scholarships to 6 promising students pursuing higher education in the land planning field. These scholarship recipients include Jordan Remley, Christopher Welch, Caleb Durgin, Montgomery Hughes, Sam Jones, and Margaret Roesink. Annual Meeting

We also held our 2020 Annual Meeting via Zoom this year. For those who missed it you can still participate. We will be sending the link to watch the recorded version of the meeting out to members in the next newsletter or you can download powerpoint presentations from the event on the topics of "Probate in Wyoming and Colorado" and "What in the Federal Title is this?". Both were fantastic presentations full of useful information and you can access those presentations here.

WAPL Golf Tournament

Finally, we invite all WAPL Members to attend our highly anticipated WAPL Invitational Golf Tournament & Educational Event. The Educational Event will be held on August 6th via Zoom. The cost will be $50 for non-members and free for WAPL members. You can sign up online for the Educational Event here. The WAPL Invitational Golf Tournament will be held the following day on August 7th at The Powder Horn Golf Club in Sheridan. Sign up your team for the golf tournament here. WAPL is also hosting a networking party and banquet along with these events and you can buy stand alone tickets for either of these social events here.
