WAPL has also awarded scholarships to 6 promising students pursuing higher education in the land planning field. These scholarship recipients include Jordan Remley, Christopher Welch, Caleb Durgin, Montgomery Hughes, Sam Jones, and Margaret Roesink. Given the uncertainty of this virus, the WAPL Executive Committee unanimously voted to cancel the venue for the 2020 WAPL Annual Meeting that was scheduled to be held in Casper, Wyoming, on June 12th.
The health and safety of all our attendees is our highest priority.
In place of an in-person Annual Meeting this year, we will hold a webinar on Friday, June 12th from 8:00-11:45 AM MST.

The planned April WAPL/AAPL Field Landman Seminar & Networking Event in Cheyenne originally scheduled for April 8 & 9th has been postponed to a date to be later determined due to COVID-19. We will provide announcements when a new date has been selected.
The WAPL Scholarship Program deadline has been extended to Thursday, April 30, 2020 due to COVID-19 as well, so please spread the word that we are still accepting scholarship entries through the month of April.
The Wyoming Association of Professional Landmen Scholarship Committee wishes to announce the 2020 Scholarship Program and invite all dependents of W.A.P.L. members, and additionally, all current W.A.P.L. members who are pursuing post-secondary educational opportunities at a certified school, to apply. The deadline has been extended to April 30, 2020.
