Pooling Rule: The Commission approved the emergency rule for pooling at the December 2021 hearings. The emergency rule can be found here.
An updated pooling order has been finalized. It can be found here or by going to the Hearings tab above and clicking on Application and Orders Templates.
Additionally, the Commission voted to open standard rulemaking for pooling, amending Chapters 3 & 5. There will be a public comment period during the rulemaking process. Please watch the WOGCC website for updates.

Hi WAPL Members! It's shaping up to be a busy summer and we are excited to share event dates for our big WAPL Summer Events.
The 2021 annual meeting will be June 18th at 8:30 am at the Three Crowns Golf Club in Casper, Wyoming.
